2026 Love & Care ECC Summer Camp Application

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Unfortunately, due to pre-planned events and scheduled staffing, we DO NOT issue any refunds OR credits for days missed, holiday closures, or inclement weather. 7-day advance notification is required for preplanned absences. If your child misses a registered week(s) without advance notification, full tuition for the weeks missed and the current week MUST be paid to return. A $50 late fee will be automatically charged the day after payments are due. If you need to switch a week that you have already paid for, a 7-day’ notice is REQUIRED, or you will lose the camp fee for that week. We DO NOT permit switching weeks at the last minute. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.

The NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is $150 per child for Summer Camp. This ensures your child a spot in our summer camp. If this fee is not paid when the application is submitted, placement is not guaranteed, and your camper may end up on our waitlist.

Pricing is reevaluated semi-annually. It is our goal to keep the cost as low as possible while offering an excellent, quality-rated experience.

Camp Days are 8 AM- 2 PM. BEFORE & AFTER care are available for an additional fee. We will open doors promptly at 8 AM each day. If you drop off BEFORE 8 AM, you will need to pay the Before Care Fee for the week, this is NOT a daily charge, same with afternoon pickup. This will be STRICTLY ENFORCED as we want to be sure there are enough Team Members in place to cover early drop-off and late pickup. 7:45, 7:55 is NOT 8 AM. Please understand that if we have 10 campers arrive at 7:45 without early care and Team Members are still arriving this interferes with preparation for the day, so please be sure to NOTIFY US ahead of time if you need early or late care for the upcoming week.

The cost per week is $300 per child -POTTY TRAINED (8 AM – 2 PM) which equates to $10 per hour. This is a SPECIAL SUMMER RATE, excluding extra services that are added. Regular Day Camp Pricing is different from the Summer Rate. Late pick-up will result in a $25 per hour fee. At 2:15 PM, a late fee will be charged. Tuition includes all activities, onsite entertainment (i.e., magic shows, professional face painting, bouncy houses, local musicians, and more), morning, and afternoon snacks, specialty treats, such as Kona Ice, the Ice Cream Truck, Pizza Parties, Carnival Day treats etc. PLEASE PACK A SACK LUNCH each day. Many of our Love Bugs have food allergies and sensory sensitivities, so we want to be sure they have something they enjoy. Early drop-off at 7 AM is available for an additional $50 each week. Extended Camp Day is also available, up to 6 PM each day. 4 PM pickup is an additional $50.00 per week and 6 PM pickup is an additional $100 per week.

The cost is $350 per week (8 AM-2 PM) for ALL NON-POTTY TRAINED AND MEDICALLY COMPLEXED attendees. NON-POTTY-TRAINED SLOTS ARE FOR AGES 9 AND UNDER at this time. While registration is allowed for non-potty trained and medically fragile attendees, final approval is required. Your application will be reviewed, and you will be contacted by the Director for a phone/in-person conference if needed. Early drop-off at 7 AM is available for an additional $50 each week. Extended Camp Day is also available, up to 6 PM each day. 4 PM pickup is an additional $50.00 per week and 6 PM pickup is an additional $100 per week.

***NEW POLICY: ALL CAMPERS MUST ARRIVE BY 10:00 AM UNLESS THEY ARE COMING FROM AN APPOINTMENT. A NOTICE FROM THE APPOINTMENT MUST BE PRESENTED UPON ARRIVAL. LATE ARRIVAL CAUSES CONSTANT SCHEDULE/ACTIVITY INTERRUPTION. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

PRICING FOR STUDENTS WITHOUT SPECIAL NEEDS: $200 per week 8 AM- 2 PM.

We will attend both on and off-site field trips. Trip costs will vary, depending on the destination/activity. If you do not wish for your Love Bug to attend field trips, please opt-out below. Field trip locations vary by age group and level of care needed. Our older kids may attend more off-site field trips than our younger groups, but they will always have onsite entertainment as a replacement. *The number of Field Trips varies for Elementary classes depending on activity tolerance, behavioral needs, etc. The director will contact classes directly with specific details.
A Parent MAY BE REQUIRED to attend Offsite Field Trips for attendees with behavioral needs, NON-POTTY TRAINED, and MEDICALLY COMPLEX attendees. The Director will determine this.

Invoices must be paid on or before the due date. Due to preplanned events and scheduled staffing, we DO NOT issue any REFUNDS OR CREDITS. We also DO NOT prorate, credit OR refund tution for inclement weather, planned closures, holidays, days missed due to illness, vacations, or Facility emergencies (i.e power outage, natural disaster), and other situations beyond our control. Please finalize your plans before paying your invoice.

Late pick-up will result in a $25 per hour fee. Late fees will be assessed 15 minutes after the selected Camp has ended.

**NO PERSONAL ELECTRONICS PERMITTED i.e., Cell Phones, iPads, Gaming Systems, etc., except those needed for Non-Verbal attendees. Love & Care ECC is NOT responsible for devices, toys, or other personal items brought in that are not allowed. If items are lost, or misplaced by your Love Bug, we do not replace or assume the cost for personal items.

**IF YOUR CHILD DAMAGES ANY PROPERTY THAT BELONGS TO LOVE AND CARE ECC OVER $50.00, YOU WILL RECEIVE PHOTO PROOF, ALONG WITH AN INVOICE FOR THE PROPERTY THAT WAS DAMAGED. AN INTERVENTION PLAN MUST BE PUT IN PLACE AND DAMAGED PROPERTY MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN RETURN TO OUR FACILITY.
Sick Policy
We strive to maintain an immaculate, clean, and sterile environment. It is very important that if your Love Bug is not feeling well or someone in your home is experiencing a severe viral infection that you keep your Love Bug at home. If he/she has had any of the following, they should be kept at home: Persistent coughing and runny nose, sore throat, fever of 100 degrees or greater, vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours, rash, eye infection, and head lice. If your Love Bug is present and we experience any sick symptoms, we will contact you for pickup. Please DO NOT give him/her a fever reducer or antacid and bring them to camp. Also, if your Love Bug is not his/her normal self or lethargic we will call for pickup to prevent what may be the beginning stages of an infection. Viral infections spread FAST and many of our kids have delicate immune systems, so it is important to be considerate of others.

By signing this document, I verify that I have read through the Love & Care Exceptional Children’s Childcare packet in its entirety. I verify that I have gone through the pricing and payment schedule and understand the importance of paying invoices by the due date. I understand that submission of this form AND payment secure my child’s slot.

Bright From the Start Exemption Acknowledgement

This acknowledgment serves as a notice, that Love & Care Exceptional Children's Childcare LLC., is NOT a licensed daycare facility. Intervention Behaviors (Verbal and/or Written Notification): This notification is only so that we can work together as a team, to reduce certain behaviors.
- Excessive screaming
- Sensory overload
- Perseverative behaviors that interfere with the class such as noises, humming or singing
- Running away from staff (That puts themselves in danger)
- Excessive/Constant Stimming: Although we understand that stimming is a form of communication, in certain instances it is EXTREMELY overwhelming for the class as a whole.
We want to make sure we are providing a peaceful atmosphere for all of our Love Bugs, so at certain times of the day, we REQUIRE quiet time so that our Love Bugs are not overstimulated, and we can minimize triggers for those who have behavioral needs.

Behaviors that Require a Parent Pick-Up:

Behaviors that continues even after interventions have been tried and affect the safety of the child, other children, and/or staff. These behaviors may include intervention behaviors listed above, as well as:
- Self-injurious behaviors
- Fighting/Biting or any physical interaction with another student or staff member
- Inappropriate language
- Continuous non-compliance
- Spitting and/or intentionally using bodily fluids to be defiant
- Undressing outside of the Restroom
- Aggressive behaviors
- Excessive/Constant Stimming: Although we understand that stimming is a form of communication, in certain instances it is EXTREMELY overwhelming for the class as a whole.
We want to make sure we are providing a peaceful atmosphere for all of our Love Bugs, so at certain times of the day, we REQUIRE quiet time so that our Love Bugs are not overstimulated, and we can minimize triggers for those who have behavioral needs.

Expulsion Behaviors: ALL Behaviors listed above, as well as:
- Repeated behaviors that require a parent pick-up
- Multiple interventions
- Excessive/Constant Stimming: Although we understand that stimming is a form of communication, in certain instances it is EXTREMELY overwhelming for the class as a whole.
We want to make sure we are providing a peaceful atmosphere for all of our Love Bugs, so at certain times of the day, we REQUIRE quiet time so that our Love Bugs are not overstimulated, and we can minimize triggers for those who have behavioral needs.

**Aggressive behaviors towards Staff or fellow Consumers could be cause for expulsion.

We understand that many factors cause behaviors. Medication, therapy, and environmental needs are the most frequent causes. Our program is currently structured to be recreational and unfortunately, if we are redirecting or managing certain behavioral needs, that reduces the number of activities and experiences our other Love Bugs are allowed to enjoy. While it is our goal to welcome everyone, our program may not be a great fit for everyone, as the days are jam-packed with scheduled activities.

Love & Care ECC reserves the right to refuse patrons. Attendees, parents, and caregivers must understand that non-compliance, aggressive behaviors, verbal threats, vulgar language, constant complaints, or disrespect are not tolerated. Please understand that safety is our main priority. We have the right to terminate services IMMEDIATELY if our policies and procedures are not followed. If services are terminated, payment for two weeks will be retained.

Parents please be sure that you have read and understand the behavior policy. Any time an attendee is exhibiting behaviors that could injure themselves, staff, or other attendees or damage the facility or community property, Staff will call for the attendee to be picked up. Please understand that Love & Care Exceptional Children’s Childcare LLC. is NOT a Behavioral Clinic, Therapy Center, or Personal Care Service.
