WORK AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

By signing below, I authorize SwiftTax Refund Solution LLC, d/b/a SwiftTax Solutions (“SwiftTax”) to prepare my federal and state income tax return(s) for the current tax year based on the information I provide.

I understand and agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information

I confirm that all information, documents, and statements I provide to SwiftTax are true, correct, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that SwiftTax will rely entirely on the information I submit.

2. Scope of Service

SwiftTax will prepare my tax return(s) using the information I provide. SwiftTax does not audit, verify, or investigate the accuracy of my documents. I am responsible for maintaining all records needed to support my tax return.

3. Engagement Fee (Non‑Refundable)

I understand that SwiftTax requires a non‑refundable Engagement Fee to begin the preparation of my return.

This fee:

is required before any tax preparation work begins
is credited toward my final preparation fee
is not dependent on whether I receive a refund or owe a balance

4. Responsibility for Preparation Fees

I agree to pay the full preparation fee charged by SwiftTax.

I understand that:

preparation fees are due regardless of refund or balance due
preparation fees are not contingent on IRS or state results
my return will not be released or filed until all fees are paid in full

5. No Abandonment

Once I submit my documents and pay the Engagement Fee, I agree not to abandon the process. If I choose not to proceed after SwiftTax has begun work, I remain responsible for the preparation fee.

6. Review and Approval

Before filing, SwiftTax will provide a summary of my return. I agree to review the information carefully and notify SwiftTax of any errors or omissions. My return will only be filed after I provide final approval.

7. E‑File Authorization

I authorize SwiftTax to electronically file my federal and/or state tax return(s) once I have reviewed and approved the final version and paid all fees.

8. Privacy & Data Security

SwiftTax will protect my information using secure systems and will not share my data with any third party except as required by law or necessary to prepare and file my return.

9. Communication

I agree that SwiftTax may contact me by phone, text, or email regarding my tax return, required documents, or updates.

10. Acknowledgment

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Work Authorization Agreement. I understand that this authorization is required for SwiftTax to begin preparing my return.
