I understand and acknowledge that Empire Elite Cheerleading reserves all rights to evaluate and place athletes on a team that they feel is the best fit for my athlete including but not limited to team level and team position (base, flyer , tumbler , ect.)

I understand that I am signing my child up for a full season 10 month commitment team. By registering and being evaluated I am accepting my child's placement on a team. I understand that payment plans are a courtesy to the parent but can be revoked at any time following the Empire Elite Cheerleading LLC handbook. 

I understand and acknowledge that evaluation fees are non refundable nor transferable. Empire Elite Cheerleading LLC reserves the right to deny any child/ adult from trying out and being evaluated with or without a refund. If evaluations are missed it is up to Empire Elite Cheerleading LLC if the child will be able to be evaluated at a later date. 

Registration fees covers - Enrollment and insurance for your child for the season. 

I am acknowledging and accepting the Empire Elite Cheerleading L.L.C handbook and Policy's and terms and conditions. I have and was given the opportunity to read the handbook and information packet .
