          • Cancellations received on or before Friday 10 July 2026 will receive a full refund (less booking and cancellations costs incurred through our payment platform Stripe).
          • Cancellations received between Saturday 11 July and Wednesday 22 July 2026 will receive a 50% refund ((less booking and cancellations costs incurred through our payment platform Stripe).
          • Unfortunately no refunds can be provided for cancellations received from Thursday 23 July 2026 onwards, as catering, venue and conference costs will have been committed.
