No Make-ups are available during summer!

If you're already a member, your monthly fee will be stopped for July & August.

 
Regular weekday classes will resume in September (re-registration required)!

Important Note: Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will get an email, confirming your child's spot. 

I, the parent/guardian, understand that participation in basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury.

I voluntarily allow my child to participate in B-Ballerz Athletic Academy programs and assume all risks associated with participation.

I release and hold harmless B-Ballerz Athletic Academy, its coaches, staff, and facility from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from injury, illness, or accident during participation.

I confirm that my child is physically able to participate in sports activities.

I give permission for B-Ballerz to use photos/videos of my child for marketing and social media.

*With Summer Session at full capacity, there will be no make-up sessions permitted.
