AJP PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Photography Services Agreement is entered into between AJP Photography (“Photographer”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By booking services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Photographer agrees to provide photography services as discussed and agreed upon prior to the session or event. Details including date, time, and location will be confirmed in writing.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
All photography sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session date. No session will be confirmed or conducted without full payment.
For events, a deposit may be required to secure the date. All event deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. TURNAROUND TIME
Final edited images will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the session or event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. TRAVEL FEES
A travel fee may apply for any shoot location outside a 10 mile radius of AJP’s home base. The fee will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Client agrees to be responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of any participants involved in the session. Photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the session or event.
Client agrees to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.
6. WEATHER DISCLAIMER
For outdoor sessions, Photographer is not responsible for unfavorable weather conditions. In the event of inclement weather, Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, Photographer is not liable for dissatisfaction due to weather conditions.
7. PHOTOGRAPHER SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Photographer reserves the right to terminate or refuse services if at any time they feel unsafe, threatened, or if working conditions pose a risk to health or safety. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
8. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
All images produced by AJP Photography are the exclusive property of the Photographer. All rights are reserved.
Photographer retains the right to use any images for portfolio display, marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation to the Client.
Client is granted a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial use. Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from the Photographer.
9. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Session cancellations must be communicated in advance. Rescheduling may be offered at Photographer’s discretion based on availability. Event deposits remain non-refundable.
10. AGREEMENT
By booking services with AJP Photography, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
