By submitting an enrollment application and/or payment, the student agrees to the following terms:
1. Enrollment Review & Denial
All applications are subject to review and approval by the New Heaven & Earth Academy.
If an applicant is denied enrollment, a $100.00 refund of the original Academy Administration Fee ( $250.00 )paid will be issued within 14 business days. Any physical or digital materials already delivered are excluded unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
2. Withdrawel Refund Policy After Acceptance
Once enrollment is accepted, students have 7 calendar days from the date of the enrollment acceptance letter to cancel Academy enrollment. ,
Upon cancellation within this 7-day period, the student will receive a $100.00 refund of the original Academy Administration Fee ( $250.00 ) paid will be issued within 14 business days. Any physical or digital materials already delivered are excluded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances once purchased, issued, or delivered:
Student Book Bundles (physical or digital)
Any digital study materials, downloads, or Academy resources already released to the student and Orientation access once granted
4. Monthly Academy Access Key
The Academy Monthly Access Key must be paid on time and continuously maintained in order to retain full access to:
Academy classes - Study materials - Student portal access - Zoom sessions - Live Academy events - Teacher access
Failure to maintain current payment status may result in suspension or closure of Academy access.
The student is granted one 30-day Orientation period and up to 12 months total to complete all 40 lessons & Assignments of the New Heaven & Earth Academy.
All coursework, classes, and required materials must be completed within this access period.
5. Student Activity Requirement / One-Time Entry Policy
Active participation ( 2 completed Classes per month ) is required to remain enrolled in the New Heaven & Earth Academy.
Students must maintain regular engagement through activities such as logins, coursework completion, class participation, or other forms of student interaction within the Academy portal.
60 consecutive days of no student activity, including logins, coursework, classes, or engagement, will constitute grounds for removal from the Academy unless prior arrangements have been coordinated with Academy staff.
Enrollment into the New Heaven & Earth Academy is a one-time entry only. Students are permitted to enter the Academy one time and complete their Journey within their assigned access period of 13 months.
There are no re-entries, restarts, reinstatements, or returns under the same enrollment once access expires, is cancelled, is forfeited, or the student withdraws.
No refunds will be issued for removal due to inactivity, non-payment, or expiration of the enrollment period.
6. Agreement Acknowledgment
By enrolling in the New Heaven & Earth Academy, the student affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
