I understand payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed at the trainer's discretion.
I understand missed or late-cancelled sessions may forfeit payment, and rebooking requires a new payment.
Consistency is Key/Media Release Policy: Training results depend largely on the owner’s consistent participation. For your dog to make progress, you must: Complete all homework and exercises assigned between sessions. Follow all instructions provided by the trainer. Attend scheduled sessions on time and fully engaged. Acknowledgment: By booking a session, I understand that the success of my dog’s training depends on my daily commitment and follow-through. I accept that inconsistent participation may reduce or delay expected results. I allow photos and videos to be taken during training sessions and allow trainer to post content to social media platforms.
I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding my participation in dog training sessions with Dedicated Training to K-9 Success, LLC (hereafter “Trainer”): 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that dog training involves handling animals, which may be unpredictable. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my dog(s) participating in training sessions, including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, or injury to myself, my dog(s), or others.2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Dedicated Training to K-9 Success, LLC, its owner Danielle Dewitt, employees, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of participation in dog training sessions. 3. Personal Responsibility: I am responsible for the actions of my dog(s) at all times during training sessions. I agree to follow Trainer’s safety instructions and maintain control of my dog(s).4. Health & Safety: I affirm that my dog(s) are in good health and up-to-date on vaccinations. I will notify Trainer of any health issues, aggressive tendencies, or behavioral concerns prior to sessions.5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to this liability waiver and all policies associated with my dog’s training sessions.

During training sessions, multiple tools tend to be used to assist in the training. These tools include items such as treats, clickers, place mats, beds, muzzles, collars, etc. If you are inquiring about training that involves leash manners, house manners, etc, it is HIGHLY recommended that you purchase the prong collar linked below prior to sessions beginning in order to be better prepared when we begin training. This item will be recommended, especially for leash manners.

Every brand is different, and some work better than others, have different mechanisms, and some do not correct the way we will need them to. (I do not make commission if you purchase this link. I just want to ensure the CORRECT collar is purchased). Most dogs, medium to large, will typically use a 3.0mm 18in neck collar. If you have a smaller dog, measure your dog to get the correct size.
