I,First Name Last Name, parent of the above contestant agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and release all claims of The Sweet Tea and Sunshine Festival, Bradley County Government, Touch the Sky Events, Four Rivers Events, and Poppeas, LLC., all directors, volunteers, and staff associated with this event and pageant. This shall include, but not limited to any injury, loss, or theft. Directors and co-directors of this event has sole authority to disqualify contestants without refund for poor sportsmanship by anyone and the right to refuse entries based on bad sportsmanship at future events. I/we agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of said event. I/we agree to pay all fees including but not limited to attorney fees for any violations of this agreement. This is an outside event rain or shine. No refunds issued.
Superlatives in each division EVERY CONTESTANT RECEIVES A CROWN!

ONE LOW ENTRY FEE FOR ALL EVENTS $55.00.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED! ATTIRE DOES NOT MATTER! PUT ON SUNDAY BEST WEAR THIS EVENT IS ABOUT PERSONALITY AND FESTIVAL FUN! THINK CUTE, SWEET, MODEST, AND SPRING. IT IS AGE APPROPRIATE.

* SWEET TEA AND SUNSHINE FESTIVAL PAGEANT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COMBINE ANY AGE DIVISION IF LESS THAN 5 CONTESTANTS.

WINNERS MAYBE ASKED TO REPRESENT THEIR TITLE IN PROMOTIONAL EVENTS FOR UPCOMING FESTIVALS AND EVENTS.

Application fee must be turned VIA THIS FOR ONLY NO LATER THAN FRIDAY APRIL 17, 2026. Minimal door entries will be accepted with completed application printed and brought to registration at 0900am.

Registration is 1000-1020am April 18, 2026 at the Cleveland Greenway Stage. Follow Poppeas on Facebook for more information. PAGEANT STARTS PROMPTLY AT 1100am AND REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY 1050am.
