Are you aged 13-18, BIPOC, and curious about the outdoors? Are you interested in going camping or backpacking, but have felt excluded or not known how? This series is for you! The Outdoor Reclamation event series is an opportunity for you to build skill, community, and belonging in the outdoors.
We'll start out with a day hike in May, move on to an overnight camping trip, and end with a three day backpacking expedition in the end of June.
Participants are not required to attend all three events in the series, but we are asking that participants attend EITHER the day hike (part 1) or the overnight camping trip (part 2) BEFORE the 3 day expedition (part 3).
