Clone of Bluestem Hollow 2nd Fall Festival and Chili Cook Off Vendor Application

We are so excited to host our Bloom at Bluestem Festival on April 25th from 11 am -3 pm.

Vendor type is limited. Please note that if you are a duplicate vendor, selling the same exact thing as another vendor who has already signed up, we will return your $15 vendor fee.

You will receive a confirmation email that you are 'in', and then, closer to the date, you will receive a map of the fairgrounds with your space number. Please allow us time to send a confirmation email.

Please note that because of the amount of vendors we have, we will not be able to accommodate specific requests about location.

Please note that we are unable to give refunds if you do not attend.

Waiver: The Bloom at Bluestem Festival is hosted by Bluestem Hollow. We reserve the right to refuse any vendor application. Should this happen, the vendor will receive a full refund. Bluestem Hollow and its employees, as well as the city of Greenback, Greenback Fire Department, it’s officials and employees shall not be held responsible for claims, damages, losses, liability or expenses which may arise as well as they shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism, or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present, or future. Vendors must safeguard their own goods and assume all responsibility for protecting, care, and maintenance of their property. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HOLD LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY. I accept the terms of the waiver by initialing below:
