All participants MUST also register on 4-H Online for the event. For camper and parent participants all Cloverbuds must be registered and approved on 4-H online before registering for the 4-H online event. All participants in all 4-H programs statewide must be registered in 4-H online and all Health History forms and consents will be filled out through 4-H Online. Register for 4-H Online using the link below, then you MUST register for our event in 4-H online, also linked below. Adults attending can sign up as participants, rather than volunteers.

Registration fees include:
- 2 nights lodging (in a private room with restroom/shower and a dedicated HVAC unit)
- Pool Time

- Meals (dinner Friday - breakfast Sunday)

Registration deadline: Friday, June 26th, 2026, All participants must also be registered on 4-H online. Cloverbud particpants should register for 4-H online as a cloverbud with your county. Once your youth is registeresd and approved on 4-H online you will still need to register for our event.

Cancellation Policy: If prior to arriving, camp is cancelled by us, or by the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded*. If a customer needs to cancel their registration up to 2 weeks before camp fees will be fully refunded*. If a customer needs to cancel their registration within 2 weeks of arrival, refunded fees* will be subject to a $50 supply charge per registration.

* Credit Card fees are non-refundable.

Please note we have modified payment slightly so that the base fee of $375 is for both the camper participant and their accompanying adult. Any additional campers in your group will be an additional $125 and additional adults will be an additional $100. All participants who are registered together will be lodged in the same room, room capacity is 6.
