2026-2027 Registration

You will need to fill out 1 form PER CHILD. You will receive a confirmation email and invoice for registration within 2 weeks of registering. Your child's spot is not held until the registration fee is received. Please see the Handbook (found on website) for important dates. A $150 family deposit is due by July 1st. (This is deducted from your tuition) Tuesday classes are $600/student for the YEAR. Thursday classes are $600/student for the YEAR.

I have read and understand the Homeschool Hub Handbook. I agree to have my child(ren) taught per these standards in all phases of the curriculum, and I additionally agree to the following: I understand that the Hub is led and taught in such a way as to reflect Christian orthodoxy. The content of instruction is consistent with, and not contradictory to, the doctrinal standards of Ada Christian Reformed Church found in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments and summarized in the Heidelberg Catechism. The Heidelberg Catechism of Faith can be found https://www.crcna.org/welcome/beliefs/confessions/heidelberg-catechism I understand that my child(ren)’s participation in the Hub, a ministry of Ada Christian Reformed Church, does not require my attendance, participation, or membership at Ada Christian Reformed Church. I understand children who participate in Hub will be taught from a Christian perspective and worldview in all subject areas. I agree to have my child’s/children’s photos taken during class activities/trips and allow these photos to be used in any publication pertaining to The Homeschool Hub. *photos are used on church website, hub website, Band App and church FB group.
