Due to the handmade and custom nature of all press-on nail sets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Changes and cancellations can be made before the work process has begun. However, once the process has begun, neither changes nor cancellations can be made. If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue. Sizing is the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure you select the correct size or use a sizing kit before ordering, as we are not responsible for incorrect sizing.
