Welcome to Las Vegas for the 2026 Region 12 Rally!

This year’s rally will take place at Oasis RV in Las Vegas on October 28 - November 1, 2026.

Your rally registration will cover 4 nights of full hook up camping, 2 dinners and 1 breakfast. There will be fun activities and many opportunities to spend time with your Airstream family and friends. A schedule and more details will be shared with those registered for the rally later this summer.

Rally arrival is October 28 and departure on November 1. A day before the rally and/or a day after can be booked directly with the park at the same group rate. Contact Oasis RV directly for the extra days at (800) 566-4707.

Sky Med, an emergency transport service for travelers will be sharing a presentation at this year’s rally. As a part of their presentation, they will be offering a simple complimentary lunch. Please indicate below how many of you would like to be present for the Sky Med presentation.

Vintage Airstream Club (VAC) Pre-Rally

We are offering a Region 12 VAC pre-Rally beginning on Sunday, October 12th. The VAC pre-rally attendees will park together for maintenance education sessions, morning coffee, and a potluck dinner. During the main rally, we will host an open house of our vintage trailers for Region 12 rally attendees (participation is optional). If you would like to attend the VAC pre-rally, please sign up for the VAC pre-rally on the Jotform below. By registering for the VAC pre-rally, you will pay for three nights of campsite fees in addition to the Region 12 rally fee. More information will be provided to those that register for the VAC pre-rally as details are planned.

Your site is not confirmed until payment is received. Please pay within 24 hours or your site may be released.

Pet Policy – Pets, with the exception of working service animals, are not permitted inside buildings or within 20ft. of an outdoor food service area.

Cancellations – Cancellations prior to 09/25/2026 will receive a full refund less $50. If the cancellation is received after 09/25/2026, the hosts will try to find a replacement from the waitlist. If they are unable to fill your site, you may be responsible for some or all of the costs. If you need to cancel, please contact the rally committee at regionrallypc12@gmail.com by 09/25/2026.

The Airstream Club is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all members and guests. In keeping with this spirit, and to preserve the focus on fellowship, travel, and camping, political campaigning and displays of partisan political materials are not permitted at official Airstream Club events.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Political flags or banners
Campaign signs or stickers
Politically themed hats, pins, or clothing with slogans or logos
Distribution of campaign literature or materials
Active campaigning or soliciting support for candidates, parties, or ballot measures

We’re camping, not campaigning.
To ensure everyone can enjoy our events free from political tension or division, we kindly ask all attendees to leave political expressions at home.
This policy applies to:

Campsites within the rally or event grounds
Club-organized tours, seminars, meetings, caravans and social events
Exhibitor booths or displays
Club merchandise sales and promotional materials

This policy does not restrict personal, non-disruptive conversations. We simply ask that visible political displays be kept out of the event space.

ZELLE - Go to your bank's online website or app and send your payment in the amount due to wbcci-region12. Please pay within 24 hrs of submitting your registration or your site may be released. (Note: Zelle is the preferred payment method. For ZELLE payments, you will be using a Zelle tag of wbcci-region12 instead of an email address to send money for this rally. If you have questions about using ZELLE for your rally payment, please email our Treasurer, Sally MacDonald at sallymacairstreamclub@gmail.com.)

Note: If your bank does not allow you to enter the Zelle tag above (wbcci-region12), you can use the email address region12@airstreamclub.org. Also, if your bank has implemented a limit below your payment amount, we will accept multiple payments over several days.

I understand that I am being added to the Wait List and that the Host will contact me if a site becomes available. If I am notified of a site availability, and want to attend the rally, I will promptly send in payment at the time I'm notified.
