  • Entry Registration Form (credit card payment - Visa, Mastercard, Discover only) Registration Deadline: Monday June 15th or when we reach our maximum number of entries whichever comes first.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH ENTRY IS LIMITED TO ONE LICENSED VEHICLE. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED BELOW.

    • FOURTH OF JULY PARADE WEATHER PLANS

      Plan A - Good Weather:

      Staging of entries starts at 7am
      Parade kicks off at 10am

      Plan B - Heavy rain or other inclement weather @ 7am - Parade is delayed

      The decision to delay the parade will be made by 6:30am and entries will be contacted via the email contact on this form as soon as the decision is made.


      Staging of entries is delayed until 10am
      Parade kick off is delayed until 1pm

      Plan C - Heavy rain or other inclement weather continues at 10am - Parade is cancelled

      The decision to cancel the parade will be made by 9:30am and entries will be contacted via the email contact on this form as soon as the decision is made.


      Parade will be cancelled and not rescheduled


      NOTE:

      Rescheduling of the parade due to inclement weather will only happen on July 4th, the original day of the parade. Due to difficulty in rescheduling everything involved with the parade, rescheduling it to a different date is not a viable option.

    • After submission, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the entry's contact.

    • THERE MAY BE A SLIGHT DELAY WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE SUBMIT REGISTRATION BUTTON.
