  • Exciting News for Bigfoot Daze Vendors: We're Back to Veterans Park!

     

    Exciting news! Bigfoot Daze is moving back to Veterans Park! That’s right—more vendors, more shade, and even more fun! Luckily, the timing is perfect with the recent park improvements, which means we can welcome up to 100 vendors again this year. Hurry and secure your spot in the festival with your payment!

    We’re bringing back everything you love—live music, Bigfoot-themed fun, a huge kids zone, water zone, and plenty of grassy shade.

    Registration is now open. Please submit your payment, and you will receive a confirmation email with your assigned vendor space.

    This year’s theme, “Red, White & Bigfoot,” where the fun will spill out into the streets. This year’s Bigfoot Daze will celebrate 250 years of independence by honoring the people, cultures, and traditions that make us who we are. From the foods we share to the stories we carry, this is a celebration of connection, diversity, and the beauty of coming together.Whether you’re part of a business, organization, club, or just a group of friends with a fun idea, we welcome all creative and spirited entries.Expect bigger crowds, exciting new activities, and an atmosphere full of local pride and Bigfoot magic.     Vendor Information:

    Vendor setup begins at 7:00 AM. Vendors will be set up at Veterans Park , Willow Creek,CA.  Please see map photo below.


    All vendors must be fully set up, with vehicles removed from the main festival grounds, by 9:00 AM


    A vendor meet-up will take place at 9:00 AM in front of the stage to mingle, answer questions, and go over whats planned. Please join us :) 


    The parade begins at 10:00 AM, after which attendees will make their way into the festival to kick off the day!

    • Booth Space: Each booth space is 12’x12’. If you need more room, you may register for multiple spaces.
    • Product Limitations: To ensure variety, we allow only two booths per product type (e.g., Scentsy, Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, some food items). Handmade items are unique and are not limited.
    • Nonprofit Vendors: One free booth per nonprofit. If an additional space is needed, the second booth is only $50 (must provide a Tax ID).
    • Food Vendors: Must obtain a Humboldt County Health Permit and email it to info@willowcreekchamber.combefore the event.
    • Prohibited Items: Vendors CANNOT sell items with the phrases “Bigfoot Daze” or “Bigfoot Capital of the World.”.
