FAQ:
- Where do I pick up registration packet and t-shirts?
The registration packets and championship t-shirts will be available for pick-up at the Hospitality Table, located in the lobby of the Bear River Recreation Center Gymnasium, on April 24, 2025 between 1:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
- How do I register for the Creativity Division?
The creativity division registrations will be sent seperately to each studio. If you are planning to compete in creativity only, please select that option from the registration list below. You MUST be a registered competitor to be on the floor—and yes, we will be checking!
- I'd like to volunteer as a judge/scorekeeper. Where do I select that choice?
First, thank you! We're happy to hear it. We will be sending a separate registration link for all eligible certified judges and scorekeepers. Please keep an eye out for the announcement!
- Wait, I can register on-site?
Yes! Thanks to our digital platforms, we now have the ability to add last-minute competitors. However, we strongly encourage you to register early—especially if you'd like to nab any of the extra goodies. We can't guarantee that there will be any shirts available by the date of the event. Plan accordingly!
- Where's the dinner part?
There is no formal dinner provided with this event. However, there are dinner options available nearby, as well as within the Championship Hotel.
- What is this Carnival with the Masters?
Hoping to continue the success of last year, Tournament Staff will be bringing you more never-before-seen opportunities to interact with, get to know, and bond with the Ko Dan Ja of Region 1. Modeled after the spirit of Halloween Carnivals and the NBC Show, That's My Jam!, the Carnival with the Masters will feature several different stations with various games and activities, all hosted by our region's Ko Dan Ja and mixed with more than a dash of ridiculousness and silly fun. Each game will cost a modest amount of tickets, which may be purchased throughout the event at the designated vendor and whose proceeds will go entirely to the Region 1 Scholarship Fund. It's certain to be a good time, so we encourage you to come, enjoy, and help us raise funds for a worthy cause.
