The Member Theatre Gathering is a one-day retreat with your industry peers from across the state, built for real conversation, practical problem-solving, and meaningful connection. Together, you'll celebrate wins, unpack setbacks, and leave with ideas you can implement immediately. Learn more.

To keep the conversations productive, attendance will be limited to 50 participants.

NCTC organizational membership as a Community or Professional Theatre is required to attend the Member Theatre Gathering. Not an organizational member? Join here! (Individual membership does not qualify.)

Sunday Happy Hour! If you're in town, join us from 5-7pm on Sunday, June 21 at Lost World Brewing Charlotte for a pre-gathering gathering. Networking is on us, drinks/food are on you.
