  • State of TN Parks and Recreation requires a fee for each vendor selling on state property. Four Rivers Events will pay this out of your fees on your behalf. 

    TN Department of Health requires preregistration and fees paid with their department to sell food products. Please contact Polk County Department of Health for more information. You may also complete by clicking on this link.

  • Four Rivers Events 

    Sugarloaf September 26-27,2026

    Sugarloaf Park 2144 TN-40 Benton, TN 37303.

    Booth size: 12' x 12'

    1. Electricity: must bring a generator (anticipating State Parks to install power, but not does as of this form date) 
    2. Your booth will be numbered - you will receive your location at checkin.
    3.  Set-up day will be Friday September 25, 2026 from 1000 am - 12:00 noon for food vendors and 12 noon - 6:00 pm for all other vendors. ALL VEHICLES WILL BE PARKED IN A PARKING SPOT - NOT NEAR THE BOOTH.
    4. This is a multi-vendor show with craft vendors, food vendors, and direct sales vendors.
    5. You must provide your own table(s), tent (optional), chair, and any other items that make up your booth.
    6. Parking for vendors will be located next to the event site. Look for signs for VENDOR PARKING. Unloading at booth is permitted, but vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading.                                                       7.
    7. Booths are not reserved until full-payment has been received. 
    8. Booths location are decided by the event coordinator.
    9. SHOW POLICIES:
      1 Exhibitor’s booth must be open and staffed during show hours.
      2. Exhibitors are not allowed to drink alcohol on premises or during show hours
      3. Sales tax is 9.75%, it is your responsibility to report sales tax.
      4. Please stay within your allotted booth space and do not extend into the aisle way.
      5. Please pick up all trash in and around your booth space. 
      6. Attending this show, you agree to stay the entire time. Exhibitors are to NOT breakdown and leave early on day of show. If you pack up and leave early, you will forfeit your opportunity for being a vendor at future events.       7. RAIN OR SHINE! Due to the fact that the event is outdoors, and mother nature has a mind of its own, if weather becomes dangerous (lightning, tornado, etc) we will evacuate with premises if we see fit. If the event is cancelled due to dangerous weather, there are NO REFUNDS.                          8.Festival coordinators will place the booths in the order they see fit.              9. Food vendors must provide insurance. Food vendors must abide by all State of Tennessee Department of Health Requirements. No refunds for failure to obtain required documentation,  pay fees,or pass inspection.                      10. Vendors with live animals must provide insurance. If you fail to provide an insurance certificate you will not be allowed to participate in the event and NO REFUND will be issued.                                                                            11. There will be security on the premises for Friday night. However, Festival coordinators nor Polk County Government/Polk Park and recreation are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.              
      12. You may not be the only vendor selling your type of product/craft at the event. We do attempt to limit like vendors so everyone succeeds.                   
      13. I understand if I am an independent consultant for a direct sales company and my company has already applied for this show, I will be charged a $10 non-refundable application fee if I apply.                                       14.Vendors are held liable for any damages, by them or their party, that have been incurred while on the premises and/or to the property.                   15. In the unlikely Four Rivers Events by Poppeas LLC, but possible situation: 21 days before the scheduled event, if we were faced with needing to cancel the event (tornado, earthquake, illness, death, venue inaccessibility, fire, flood, and other acts of God out of our control) there will be no refunds, but partial credit may be applied to future event.                                            16. In the unlikely event that the event is canceled by Four Rivers Events for unforeseen circumstances and not rescheduled refunds will be provided. If the event is rescheduled all fees will be applied to the new date. In the case of which Four River Events dba Poppeas LLC. has to make an executive decision to cancel the event due to various reasons, vendors who are registered for the event at the time of cancellation will receive their full refund back.                             
      17. If you cancel your application for an event before the event application deadline August 1, 2026 deadline (excluding vendors who paid the 50% non-refundable deposit), there is a $50 cancellation fee with your balance refunded to you, OR you can transfer the application to another event. If you cancel your application for an event ON the deadline or inside the 30 days leading up to the event, there are no refunds given at all nor are event application transfers available. *Note: This excludes events that are canceled/rescheduled. If the event is canceled/rescheduled due to inclement weather (tornadoes, severe snowstorms)/acts of God, you will receive a 50% refund of your booth fee OR full credit towards another event hosted by the director. Application deadline for the September 2026 event is August 1, 2026 or until all vendor spots are reserved.   
      18. If we see something that a vendor is selling products that do not promote our company in a wholesome family type event, we reserve the right to ask the vendor to remove the item or vacate the event with no refund.

For example a petting zoo vendor would have exclusivity to the petting zoo and that single encounter charge. Each additional animal encounter is considered an add on encounter. To secure exclusivity on any encounter an "add-on" encounter must be purchased with description included in the application. All animal, rides, and inflatable vendors must provide a certificate of insurance listin Four Rivers Events by Poppeas, LLC. as an insured and provide 30 days in advance. **** Loyalty vendors (repeat vendors) have grandfathered exclusivity on encounters based on the first year of attendance and encounters included at that first event. Loyalty vendors exclusivity encounters are honored for each consecutive year of participation. Loyalty vendors would only be required to purchase add-ons if the loyalty vendor is offering a new encounter. Loyalty vendors must attend each year to keep this exclusivity.
