Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment has been paid to your Camp place. No clinic time changes will be permitted. If a child is so ill that they cannot attend any of the clinic, we will review a case-by-case basis subject to getting a copy of the child's medical certificate. We ask parents to understand that we put on sale a certain limited number of places relative to our capacity, the supervision ratios and proper planning for the benefit of the entire group, and camp cancellations upset camp planning.

Any child who is feeling unwell at any stage of the clinic must let their supervisor know immediately, and a member of the office staff will contact their parents immediately. Children are not allowed to touch another child's property. Children must not share their lunch or any other food items with each other Children must follow all Supervisor guidelines for toilet breaks. Any Child who continuously fails to adhere to the Health and Safety protocols will be removed from the camp.

Payment for the clinic is: £30.00 + £1.00 booking fee.
