• The Lodge of Fidelity Attendance & Dining form for Wednesday 14th October 2026

    The following question & form allows you to register your Apologies, Meeting Attendance and Dining choices.

  • Dining will be at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms @1830Hrs, a five course menu has been selected at a cost of £69.00 per head which includes a 1/3 bottle of wine, tea, coffee & after dinner mints.

    Out the front door of Gt Queen St, turn right, 60yds up steps to right.

  • On the following dining form you will need to select one starter & one main course (note: the intermediate soup, additional cheese & dessert courses are fixed.)

    Starter choices;

    • Thai scented red curry prawn cocktail with ginger, chillies and baby leaves.
      (Egg, Crustacean, Mustard, Sulphides)
    • Roast vegetable and lentil salad with balsamic glaze.
      (Sulphides, Mustard) (Vegetarian / Vegan)

    Main meal choices;

    • Roast marinated lamb leg with garlic and black olive paste, roast new potatoes, fine beans and selected vegetables
      (Celery, Sulphides)
    • Rigatoni pasta with mushrooms, chives and a Philadelphia cheese sauce.
      (Gluten, Milk) (Vegetarian / Vegan)

    Dessert;

    • Fuilletine milk chocolate torte and caramel cream
      (Gluten, Milk, Egg, Soya, may contain Nuts)

    Remember: until we receive your payment(s) by card or bank transfer (if you are a current #3 member) you are not confirmed to dine.

    Form & dining closing date: Tuesday the 6th October@1800Hrs.

    Much as we would like more flexibility, we must inform the hotel of the numbers on the Wednesday morning the week before the meeting, this is better than many venues.

    Dining requests past that time will most likely result in your not being able to dine.

    Guests; the form asks if your host (a member of Fidelity) is paying for your dining - if they are then select that option, if not then you should pay by card when booking.

    If you intend bringing more than 5 guests please speak to the dining secretary & treasurer first to ensure we have space.

    Members should remember they are responsible for their guests.

    • you are a visitor and your Fidelity member host is paying.
    • you are a pre-arranged guest of the lodge.

    All others, please use the pay by card now option.

    Members; be aware that you can pay for up to 5 guests / diners via the card option.

    Be aware, if you state transfer you will receive a lodge invoice which until paid will NOT reserve your place.
