- I, {adoptersPrinted} , (the “Adopter”), hereby agree to adopt the dog referred to above (hereinafter referred to as the “Dog”) from 716 PAWS for the non-refundable adoption fee of $ {adoptionFee}. The following terms and conditions constitute a legal contract for the adoption of the above-named Dog. These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both 716 PAWS and the Adopter.
  
  To the best of 716 Paw’s knowledge, the Dog has no defects that would make it unsuitable as a family pet nor has the Dog bitten or injured anyone. At the time of the adoption, the Dog is in good health; therefore, 716 Paws cannot guarantee the health of the Dog after the adoption has taken place.
  
  The Adopter agrees to all of the following terms of this Agreement and understands that non-compliance with the terms of the Agreement gives 716 Paws or its representatives the right to reclaim this Dog without refund of the adoption fee.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMINFICATION
Adopter promises and agrees to be solely responsible for this Dog and to indemnify and hold harmless 716 Paws or representative or volunteer from any and all claims of liability and the conduct of this Dog on or after the date of this Adoption Agreement. The undersigned Adopter has been advised of these facts and agrees to all the conditions of this Agreement. The Adopter further agrees that he/she is of lawful age and is legally competent to sign this Agreement and has executed it voluntarily and with full knowledge that he/she is entering into a lawful contract with 716 Paws.
