2026 Non-Downtown Waterloo Business Trick-or-Treat Sign-Up
Halloween is one of our favorite days in Downtown Waterloo, and we’re inviting businesses from throughout the Cedar Valley to join the fun! Downtown Trick-or-Treating will take place Saturday, October 31, from 10 am to 12 pm, welcoming more than 3.000 trick-or-treaters and their families to downtown. We’re looking to fill Lincoln Park and create a trunk-or-treat along W 4th St with businesses and organizations handing out candy, hosting games or activities, and helping us create a fun, festive Halloween experience. It’s a great opportunity to connect with thousands of local families, promote your business or organization, and be part of a beloved community tradition. There is a $25 fee to participate. $25 Vendor Fee:
The $25 vendor fee includes your listing on the official Downtown Trick-or-Treating map, inclusion in event marketing and promotions, and the opportunity to connect with thousands of families while sharing more about your business, organization, or upcoming event.

Where would you prefer to participate in Downtown Trick-or-Treating? Most participating businesses and organizations will be set up in Lincoln Park. We’re also looking to build a fun and festive Trunk-or-Treat experience along W. 4th Street! Trunk-or-Treat participants will decorate their vehicle or setup and hand out candy as families make their way from stop to stop. Help us fill 4th Street and make it a highlight of the event!
