Registration Form - Summer Camps

• Week 1: July 6 - July 10: Dash Sports + Young Engineers - Kids will learn STEAM concepts, build real-world engineering models, participate in arts activities, and play different sports such as soccer, basketball, hockey, dodgeball, and more. The classes will be delivered in partnership with Young Engineers Oakville.
• Week 2: July 13 - July 17: Biz Builders - An immersive hands-on summer program to turn students into mini-CEOs. Whether they are budding inventors or future marketing moguls, Biz Builders builds confidence, critical thinking, and a "can-do" mindset that lasts a lifetime.
• Week 3: July 20 - July 24: BioTroopers - Life In Outer Space - Blast off on a cosmic adventure to explore the mysteries of the universe! Through hands-on experiments, art, music, simulations, and theater, kids will explore alien worlds, imagine extreme environments, and present their discoveries at a Science Fair at the end of the week.
• Week 4: July 27 - July 31: BioTroopers - Incredible Human Body - Campers explore how our organs and systems work together - from the mysterious brain to the powerful heart! With hands-on experiments, science-based music, art, and theater, and a Science Fair, kids will have a blast learning, creating, and collaborating with new friends.

• Week 7: Aug 17 - Aug 21: The Storyteller's Studio - Unlock your child's potential this summer with a program that fuses creative writing and public speaking.
• Week 8: Aug 24 - Aug 28: The Storyteller's Studio - Unlock your child's potential this summer with a program that fuses creative writing and public speaking.

Note, for week 5 (short week), the fee will be $365

Camp Location: Clearview Academy (Unit 6, 2828 Kingsway Drive, Oakville, L6J 6X7)

Age Group: All camps are for JK to Grade 6.

Camp Timing:  Camps run from 9 AM - 4 PM. Note, optional early drop-off (8 –9 AM) and late pickup (4–5 PM) available.

Food & Snacks: We do not provide food and snacks. Please send nut free and school safe snacks and lunch with your child. And a water bottle, hat and sun-screen!

By signing this form, the parent confirms that all information provided above is accurate and agrees to notify Clearview Academy immediately of any changes.

a. Cancellations 14 days or more before camp start date: Full refund minus a $30 administrative fee will be made via e-transfer. Requests must be sent via email to: admin@clearview-academy.ca

b. Cancellations within 14 days of camp start date: No refunds can be issued, as materials and staffing will have already been confirmed. We’re happy to offer credit (program fee paid, less $50 administrative fee) toward a future camp or workshop, subject to availability. Requests must be emailed to: admin@clearview-academy.ca

c. No refunds/credits can be accommodated once the camp starts.  

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and understand that participation in programs and activities at Clearview Academy (Rangan-Lonkar Tutoring Inc.) involves inherent and foreseeable risks associated with being in an educational environment, including but not limited to minor injuries, illness, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur while on the premises or during supervised activities.

I acknowledge that Clearview Academy (Rangan-Lonkar Tutoring Inc.) does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. While reasonable precautions will be taken, the Academy cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to food or environmental allergens brought onto the premises by students, staff or visitors.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, known or unknown, associated with my child’s participation in programs at Clearview Academy. This includes any risk associated with my child walking home by themselves (if I have selected that option above) once the class is done. I acknowledge that Clearview Academy cannot be held responsible for my child’s actions or safety once my child leaves Clearview Academy.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Province of Ontario, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Clearview Academy (Rangan-Lonkar Tutoring Inc.), its owners, directors, officers, employees, tutors, independent contractors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my child’s participation, except where such claims result from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Clearview Academy.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearview Academy (Rangan-Lonkar Tutoring Inc.) from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from my child’s actions, failure to disclose medical information, or breach of center policies.

This waiver remains in effect for the duration of my child’s enrolment and shall be binding upon me, my child, and our respective heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY ENTERING MY DIGITAL INFORMATION ABOVE, I AM SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT. I confirm I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and policies presented in this agreement, including pick-up authorization, snack and lunch responsibility, cancellation, and all waivers and releases above.
