To be eligible for a PNBA Book Award:
—Original publication must occur within established annual parameters:
Sept. 15, 2025 - Sept. 1, 2026
—Primary nominee or nominees must currently reside full-time within the PNBA region, which includes:
Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia.
—Book must display and be identifiable by a valid 13-digit ISBN.
—Book must be available U.S. direct and/or through a viable book wholesale distribution outlet.
—Book must be obtainable with industry standard wholesale terms and returns policies.
* Titles only available at a short discount (common in print on demand arrangements)
or the correct discount only when ordered directly from the publisher/author
will not be considered.*
Nomination Fees:
—Nomination fees are assigned per title. If nominating 2 titles of a series, please enter each as a seperate title.
—To be eligible for a PNBA Member discounted rate, the publisher must be a
PNBA member within the PNW region (WA, OR, ID, MT AK, or BC). This means:
* All non-members will receive the standard rate.
* Members outside of the PNW region will also receive the standard rate.
—Nomination fees (including overpayments) are non-refundable.
—Nominations submitted at the discounted rate in error will remain disqualified until correct payment is made.

—Deadline for nominations submissions: September 1, 2026
—Physical reading copies must received by all 9 Awards Committee members no later than: September 8, 2026
