Payment & Refund Policy

At Sports for Christ Flag Football, we work hard to provide a fun, safe, and organized experience for every child and family. Registration fees help cover jerseys, equipment, field setup, awards, and league operations. Please review the following payment and refund policy carefully before registering.

Registration Payments
Full payment is required to complete registration.
Spots are limited and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refund Policy

Full Refunds
A full refund may be issued if:
- A player withdraws before teams are finalized (August 5, 2026).
- The league is unable to place a player on a team.
- The season is canceled before practices begin.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund (50%) may be issued if:
- A player withdraws after teams are formed but before the first game. (August 26, 2026)
- Uniforms or league materials have already been ordered or purchased.
- In these situations, the cost of jerseys, league materials, processing fees, or other non-refundable expenses may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will not be issued:
- After the first regular season game.
- For missed practices, games, or events.
- Due to scheduling conflicts or personal commitments.
- For weather-related cancellations beyond the league’s control.
Weather & Schedule Changes
Sports for Christ reserves the right to adjust schedules due to weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Makeup games may be scheduled when possible, but refunds will not be provided for canceled or rescheduled events.

Medical Exceptions
Medical-related refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested. Refund amounts may be prorated depending on the point of the season.

Payment Issues
Players with unpaid balances may not receive uniforms or participate until payment is completed.
