Join artist Lisa Hubbard to play with different materials to create works of collage in one main color. Explore elements of composition, contrast, and variety to build layers and interest that “tell a story”.

This workshop requires no experience with collage or art materials and is intended to be a fun and flexible exploration.

Open to all ages! (Participants 12 and under must register with an adult)

Artist Bio:

Lisa Hubbard is a retired clinical social worker, therapist, and trainer with a lifelong appreciation of art. Lisa’s current artistic passion is colorful abstract acrylic paintings, but collage and assembly of different colors, shapes, textures, and styles has been a through-line in her previous creative pursuits. Lisa is a UVA board member. Her artwork can be seen on her Instagram account @lisa_hubbard_art.

Refund Policy
Payment and Refund Policy: Full payment at time of registration is required. Up until two weeks prior to the start of the event, you will receive a full refund (minus a $10 service charge) should you need to cancel your registration. However, cancellations made after this two-week time frame are nonrefundable. Should UVA cancel the event, all participants will receive a full refund or credit toward future classes.
