This group is for Parents, Mothers, and Primary Caregivers with babies in their first year postpartum (up to 12 months). Postpartum Revival is a 4 week series to celebrate the intuitive knowledge of parents as well as create a community of friendship. Come for the nurturing and leave feeling connected and uplifted.This group is not for partners and registration only includes 1 seat for (parent-baby pair). It is intentionally centered on the lived experience of birthgivers to foster self-care and connection. The full fee for this series is $65

Designed to help expectant parents plan for and navigate the postpartum time with evidence-based information, this 3 hour in-person class is taken prenatally, ideally between 12-36 weeks (but anytime is fine!). We will cover postpartum planning and support; infant needs, cues and soothing techniques; sleep scenarios; and more! The full fee for this class is $125

Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class highlights the baby’s active role in birth. Together, parents can use these techniques before and during labor to help “make room for baby!” Spinning Babies® reveals how the baby can find optimal positions for labor, and make birth less painful, and even pleasurable!

This class is only for expectant parents who have already taken some form of childbirth education class. The full fee for this class is $75

This 2 hour class to give birthing people tools to feel safe and strong during their labor and help them relax down into the sensations they will feel rather than fight them. Partners will leave this class knowing when to talk, what to say (understanding your partner’s love language), how to support, how to touch and bring pain relief both during and between contractions. The full fee for this class is $75

As birth doulas we accompany  pregnant people in labor and the postpartum time in the home and in the birthing facility (birth center/hospital/home) to ensure a safe and satisfying birth and postpartum experience. During pregnancy, we provide physical, emotional, and informational support for the whole family. We facilitate communication and provide reassurance and perspective with care providers and clinical staff, thus ensuring our client has the information needed to make informed decisions prenatally, in labor and in the postpartum. Our skill set can include suggestions for pregnancy specific exercises and movement, pregnancy discomforts, labor progress, relaxation, massage, positioning, integrative complementary modalities.  The full fee for this service is $2,500

As postpartum doulas our physical, emotional and informational support continues throughout the 4th trimester and can include, but not limited to: self-care recovery and postpartum comfort measures, breastfeeding/chestfeeding, pumping, and/or bottle feeding support; diapering, bathing, and dressing baby; babywearing; shopping and meal preparation; sibling integration; fielding phone calls, visits, and communications for the family. We will also provide educational resources and make referrals for other services/providers when appropriate. The tasks we provide each day will depend on the priorities discussed before beginning services and on your particular needs that day.   The full fee for this service is $45/hr
