Camp Policies

Refund Policy
Camp registration fees are generally non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the registered camp week begins, a credit may be issued and can be applied toward a future program at Matchpoint Table Tennis Center.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date, missed days, or early withdrawal.

In case of illness or emergency, special consideration may be given at the discretion of Matchpoint Table Tennis Center.

Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of participants.

Camp hours and extended care times must be respected. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of their registered program time.

Matchpoint Table Tennis Center is not responsible for supervision of children outside of registered camp hours.

For safety reasons, children will only be released to a parent, guardian, or authorized person listed on the registration form.
Matchpoint Table Tennis Center Summer Camp 2026 Waiver and Release of Liability I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant, hereby give permission for my child to participate in the Matchpoint Table Tennis Summer Camp organized by Matchpoint Table Tennis Center. I understand that participation in sports and physical activities, including table tennis training and related camp activities, involves inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my child’s participation. I agree to release and hold harmless Matchpoint Table Tennis Center, its owners, coaches, staff members, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, accident, or loss that may occur during participation in the camp. I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate in sports activities. I will inform the camp staff of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs that may affect my child's participation. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the staff of Matchpoint Table Tennis Center to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child if I cannot be reached immediately. I understand that Matchpoint Table Tennis Center is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to the camp. I grant permission for Matchpoint Table Tennis Center to take photographs or videos during camp activities and to use such media for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including on websites and social media. I understand that camp registration fees are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted in cases of medical emergency or under special circumstances at the discretion of the camp administration. Participants are expected to follow all camp rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance. Matchpoint Table Tennis Center reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
