Camp Policies
Refund Policy
Camp registration fees are generally non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the registered camp week begins, a credit may be issued and can be applied toward a future program at Matchpoint Table Tennis Center.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the camp start date, missed days, or early withdrawal.
In case of illness or emergency, special consideration may be given at the discretion of Matchpoint Table Tennis Center.
Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
Parents or guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of participants.
Camp hours and extended care times must be respected. Children must be picked up promptly at the end of their registered program time.
Matchpoint Table Tennis Center is not responsible for supervision of children outside of registered camp hours.
For safety reasons, children will only be released to a parent, guardian, or authorized person listed on the registration form.
