    Please complete this form in order to register as a chaperone for a school delegation or to register as a chaperone accompanying an independent delegate at CAIMUN.

    Please note each chaperone attending the conference must individually complete this form. Further instructions on how to complete this form are contained herein; please carefully read these instructions as you complete this form in order to avoid error.

  • Independent Chaperone Rooming Arrangements

  • On this section of the form, you will reserve and pay for your hotel room. Each chaperone attending the conference must submit this form individually.

    If other chaperones will occupy your room, you will have the opportunity to indicate that below. The other chaperone staying in your room does not need to book and pay for their own room, but they must still submit this form. A chaperone who is sharing a room with you must still submit this form and select "Rooming with Other Chaperone" below. 

    Chaperones, like delegates, have the standard option of staying at the conference overnight or solely attending during the day and parting in the evening at the end of each day's events. There is no fee for a chaperone to attend CAIMUN during the day. Fees are charged on a basis of per room reserved.

  • Please note that the purpose of this form is solely to register chaperones for the conference as attendees. Submission of this form does not book or reserve any hotel guest rooms for your school delegation's chaperones wishing to stay at the conference overnight. Each chaperone attending the conference must submit this chaperone registration form in order to sign up as an attendee.
