Namaste Calm

Namaste: Calm With My Dog is a unique 4 week class focused on building calm, connection, and emotional balance between dogs and their handlers. Through mat and settle training, calm leash foundations, confidence-building exercises, and a guided relaxation protocol, dogs learn how to relax and regulate their energy while around other dogs and people. Handlers will also practice breath and body awareness, learning how their own calm presence helps support their dog.Ideal for:• Dogs who struggle to settle• Overstimulated or high-energy pups• Dogs learning to be calm around others• Handlers seeking a deeper partnership with their dog
