  • Dear Staff Members,

    Thank you for your hard work so far for this annual session of CAIMUN. As we approach the conference dates, the Secretariat must finalize staff rooming arrangements, collect payment for staff rooming costs, as well as process important information about your attendance at CAIMUN.

    On this form, committee staff, media team members, volunteers, and Secretariat Aides may or will:
    1. Indicate their roommate preferences.
    2. Request lower occupancy rooming
    3. Submit payment for their staff rooming costs.
    4. Provide us with their devices' A/V details.
    5. Provide us with their emergency contact information, and more.

    It's imperative that this form is submitted by the deadline to avoid last minute complications and other technical difficulties at the conference.
