Georgia PTA invites vendors and PTA sponsors to the Georgia PTA Convention and Leadership Training on June 5-6, 2026. This event is the largest training forum for our membership, focusing on core educational and leadership opportunities designed to enable our leaders to become noteworthy in their various roles.

GA PTA Mission Statement, "to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children."

We welcome the opportunity for vendors and PTA sponsors, who share our mission, to promote educational, innovative, and informative resources for our parents and youth as well as fundraising opportunities for our schools PTAs and PTSAs.

Vendor Submission Process: Vendor’s interested in promoting their services must apply using the form provided.

Vendor Fees for 2-day Setup (Friday/Saturday): You will receive setup details once your application has been approved and vendor fee has been received.

Set-Up: Thursday, June 4, 2026 Noon to 4pm

Vendor sponsorship registration includes at least lunch on both convention days for one (1) representative. 

Additional representative meals included varies with the sponsorship level as stated in Section 5: Sponsorships.

Additional lunches and admission to the awards ceremony dinner can be purchased.

Important Vendor Information

• Booth assignments are based on level of sponsorship and is a first-come, first-served basis
• Hotel accommodations and travel are not included
• Electricity is not provided
• Vendors are responsible for their own materials, signage, and setup
• Georgia PTA reserves the right to approve all vendor applications
• Vendor Logo and Program Artwork due no later than May 1, 2026
• Swag or flyers to be included in convention bags to be received no later than May 15, 2026
• Mission Alignment: Vendors must offer services or products that promote educational, innovative, or informative resources for parents and youth, or legitimate fundraising opportunities for schools.
