Your spot is reserved only once full payment is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable as supplies will have already been ordered.
You may transfer your spot to a friend at no additional charge — please notify us in advance.
Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your personal items. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Event Changes
Calley’s Chaos reserve the right to adjust the schedule, meals, or activities if unforeseen circumstances arise.
If the event is completely cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Photography & Media Release
By registering, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes by Rainbow Day Markets and Calley’s Chaos.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the event.
Please allow up to 72 hours for your application to be reviewed.
Spots are not secured until payment is received.
