  • Programming Tracks

Programming at EC will be divided in 4 different tracks.

You will stay in the same track for the duration of EC, and there will be key moments where tracks come together during convention. You may be roomed with teens who are in different tracks than you.

Please read through the 4 track options and then select which track you would like to take part in.

New Members: The New Members' Track is for teens beginning their BBYO journey in Europe. You will explore BBYO basics, rituals, and traditions, get a first look at the opportunities ahead in BBYO, and spend time with other new members who will continue alongside you during your time in BBYO.

This track is designed for teens who will be 13 or 14 years old by EC.

Kallah: Being Jewish means leading with values, finding your voice, and making an impact. The Kallah track will explore Jewish leadership, identity, debate, public speaking, and project-building, while encouraging you to stay true to yourself and discover how you can use your passions to create meaningful change.

This track is designed for any teen (except for regional presidents).

Seniors: Senior year is a chance to lead, reflect, and prepare for what comes next. As your BBYO journey begins to transition into its next stage, this track will help you make the most of your final year, mentor the next generation, explore Jewish life and opportunities after BBYO, and build meaningful connections through our alumni network that will last long beyond high school.

This track is designed for teens graduating in 2027.

Execs: The European Executive Body, which is made up of European Regional Presidents, is responsible for shaping regional direction and supporting strong chapter leadership. In this track, you will gain practical experience working with constitutions, running business meetings and elections, conducting regional assessments, and leading structured meetings. A key focus is also developing a shared vision for the next few years to guide regional growth and impact.

This track is for regional presidents (or equivalent) only.

  • Kumzits Song Leader Training

Last year, at ELTI 2025, we launched "Kumzits", our European Song Leader Training programme. Kumzits graduates lead communal singing and ritual moments at conventions, camps, and general programming.

Teens who consider themselves singers, play an instrument, are confident leading at the front of the room, and are interested in building their Jewish song repetoire may be a great fit for Kumzits.

Enrollment into the Kumzits track is a selective process. Please indicate if you are interested and we will reach out to you with more information.

  • Would you be interested in joining the Kumzits song leader training track at EC?*
  • By the time you arrive to EC in November, will you have been to a BBYO international experience before?*
  • Have you been globally inducted as a member of BBYO?*
  • Are you interested in leading one, or multiple, moments during EC?*
