Access is non-transferable. All seating, food, beverage services, and learning benefits are reserved solely for the registered attendee and cannot be shared with others. If you wish to make any changes, please inform us at your earliest convenience
Insurance & Security: Insurance & Security: BMA is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of any kind. The client must arrange their own insurance for equipment, materials, and personnel. Event
Modifications: BMA may make reasonable adjustments to event packages, dates, or venue if required and holds no liability for resulting losses.
Liability: BMA is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events affecting performance of the agreement.
Attendees must comply with health, safety, and security requirements. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event without compensation.
BMA owns all intellectual property related to the event. Recording or distribution of content requires prior written approval, Attendance implies consent to photography/video use for promotional purposes, unless written opt-out is provided in advance.

BMA will provide reasonable technical support but cannot guarantee uninterrupted Wi- Fi or services. Additional technical requirements or costs are the responsibility of the Client
Any use of BMA branding or event trademarks must be pre-approved in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dallas Texas Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to legal action. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
