2026 SCS Cross Country Running Camp Registration Form

This summer the SCS Cross Country coaches & high school students will be hosting a running camp June 22-26 from 1:00-2:30pm at the SCS track. All students entering grades 3rd-8th for the 26/27 school year are invited to participate.

Registration is $50 and each student will receive a free t-shirt with their registration (Must be registeredy by May 29 to guarantee a t-shirt).

**If your child is attending SCS summer school - they can stay at school after and bring a lunch to have. We will supervise them for a 30 min lunch in between summer school and running camp.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by the SCS Cross Country Running Camp during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by the Running Camp, I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless the SCS Cross Country Running Camp and all its respective officers, coaches, agents, participants, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the Sheboygan Christian School, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including soccer. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
