Vendor Agreement & Terms
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- This is an application only and does not guarantee acceptance into Savor Your City: Independence Day Festival July 3rd or 4th 2026
• You acknowledge understanding that if we are full for the cateogry of food you classify as, we will have to decline your application to maintiain fairness.
- THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
- You agree to the terms in the Liability Waiver and to use pics/photos of your items for promotion of the event.
- You acknowledge that the $15 Application Fee is Non-Refundable*
- You acknowledge that if you are frying food of any kind at the event, you are required to have a Category K Fire Extinguisher that has not expired and is fully charged.
- Vendor placement is determined by category availability. Duplicate food categories are limited. Acceptance is not guaranteed based on category caps.
• All vendor fees are non-refundable once approved and payment is received.
• No vehicle movement is permitted once parked in designated vendor zones unless directed by event staff.
• Vendors must remain set up for the full duration of their approved participation day(s).
• No early breakdown is permitted on July 4 before the conclusion of the fireworks show unless approved by event leadership.
• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash, debris, grease, and waste from their space prior to departure.
• Grease dumping on the property is strictly prohibited.
• Vendors must maintain a clean and professional setup throughout the event.
• Food vendors must have all required health department permits and food safety certifications.
• Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance upon approval (if not already uploaded).
• Generators must be in good working order and comply with reasonable sound standards.
• Vendors are responsible for their own power unless otherwise arranged.
• Savor Your City reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to comply with event rules without refund.
• Savor Your City is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Vendors agree to comply with all local, county, and state laws and permitting requirements.
• Vendors acknowledge that weather conditions may require layout adjustments or operational changes.
• Vendors agree to follow all safety instructions related to fireworks, alcohol service zones, and emergency access lanes.
• Vendors understand that failure to follow land protection rules may result in removal and future ineligibility.
• All vendor staff must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward guests, staff, and property.
