Vendor Hours

Vendors located inside the Equestrian Center animal adoption event will operate during the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Outdoor vendors will open at 11:00 a.m. and may remain open through the close of the main event at 9:30 p.m.

Designated vehicle exit and egress routes will be available for vendors who need to depart after 5pm and before 9:30 pm.

Food Trucks must register using the Food Truck Registration link in the Food Truck tab of the main menu!

**NOTICE**

We are no longer accepting entries for the following vendors:

• Bakeries (sweets)
• BBQ Sauces
• Concessions (snow cones, soda, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, pretzels)
• lemonade and specialty drinks
• Roofing Contractors

Booth space does not include additional supplies. Any additional items requested may be arranged through the event; however, all associated costs are the responsibility of the registrant and will be billed directly by the supplier.

Our event supplier for additional items is ALot of Fun Party Rentals. Registrants may also contact the supplier directly to coordinate needs, pricing, and quantities.

Vendor and Participant Disclaimer

By participating in or attending the Central Texas BBQ Roundup (CTBR) and Healing Heart Rescue Roundup, each vendor, exhibitor, participant, and volunteer (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   Participant understands and acknowledges that involvement in animal adoption, exhibition, or handling activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, and other injuries. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation.
2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
   Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Central Texas BBQ Roundup, Healing Heart Rescue Roundup, their officers, directors, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or resulting from any act, omission, or negligence of the Participant, its agents, employees, animals, or volunteers.
3. No Aggressive Animals
   Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any animal displaying aggression or posing a threat to the safety of others must be removed immediately upon request of event staff.
4. Vaccination Requirement
   All animals brought onto the premises must have up-to-date vaccinations as required by Texas law. Copies of vaccination records must be provided and kept on file by the Participant.
5. Personal Injury and Property Damage
   Participant agrees that CTBR and Healing Heart Rescue Roundup are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, animals, or property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
6. Booth Setup, Cleanup, and Animal Waste
   Participant is responsible for setting up and dismantling their booth space and for maintaining the cleanliness of their area throughout the event. All trash, supplies, and animal waste (including animal waste) must be properly cleaned up and disposed of before leaving the event grounds.

Acceptance of Terms
By signing below, submitting registration, or entering the event grounds, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
