Program Readiness
EverCurious enrichment programs are designed for students who thrive on complexity and a faster pace of learning. Students should be prepared for 90–120 minutes of deep, independent work and group discussion.
Program Structure & Attendance
EverCurious Minds is an educational enrichment program, not a custodial childcare facility. We operate as an open-campus learning environment designed for advanced learners. By enrolling, you acknowledge that your student is expected to attend the full duration of their scheduled session. We do not provide custodial supervision; our environment relies on the student's own engagement and commitment to the session's objectives.
Behavior & Tech Policy
To ensure a focused environment, students must be able to work respectfully with peers. Personal devices must be silenced and stored in bags during the session. If a student is unable to engage constructively, a parent will be contacted for early departure.
Liability & Emergency Care
I release EverCurious Minds from all liability regarding participation in these activities. In the event of a medical emergency, if I cannot be reached, I grant permission to secure necessary medical treatment, including transport to a local facility.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
Due to the specialized nature of our enrichment programs and limited enrollment capacity, all registrations include a $25 non-refundable materials fee.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a registration, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the start of the session. Cancellations made within this window will be converted into EverCurious Minds Credit, which can be applied toward future programs.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before a session are non-refundable and non-creditable, as your spot has been reserved and materials have been prepared.
- Missed Sessions: We are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions or student absences.
Pass Selection Note
The Ultimate Specialist Pass includes four sessions customized to your student's grade level. Upon purchase, EverCurious Minds will contact you to finalize the optimal session schedule based on student grade and interest.
Pick-Up Protocol
Prompt pick-up at 140 Pickwick Ave is essential. As our sessions are high-intensity and involve focused instruction, late pick-ups (exceeding 15 minutes) will incur a $20 late fee to compensate for staff time and building access.
