Please complete this form in full if you are a current Winter/Spring 2026 Student.

Completing the registration form includes the following:

1. Select a First and Second Choice Class
You must list a second choice, even if it is the same as your first choice. Second choices are considered a viable placement option and may be used when finalizing class rosters.

2. Review the Policies and Waivers
Please read the POLICIES AND WAIVERS section in its entirety, scroll to the bottom, and check the box confirming that you have read them.

3. Submit Payment
Your full payment must be submitted at the time of registration or the form will not be processed.

You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment — any major credit card may be used.

Important Registration Notes

All class times are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Second-choice classes are considered viable placement options, and placement into the second-choice class may occur without prior notice or consent.

If a class is full or does not reach the minimum required enrollment, registrants will be notified and offered alternate placement options.

If you are not placed in a class, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that registering for a class does not guarantee placement.

Current-term students and siblings receive priority placement, and class rosters are not finalized until after the registration deadline.

Passport to Music Camp – Volunteer Sign-Up: Please note that signing up to work as a volunteer is considered a binding commitment. If you sign up to work: You may not work the camp if your child is enrolled in the camp. As convenient or fun as it might seem, in our experience it can be difficult for children to fully participate when their parent is working in the room, and it can also make it challenging for the volunteer to focus on their responsibilities. For that reason, we ask that volunteers only sign up if their child is not enrolled in that particular camp. You must be available at least 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after camp each day to assist with set-up and clean-up. You must commit to being present for all four days of the camp. You should be prepared to help with any and all aspects of the camp as needed. Please also note that volunteer positions are first come, first served, and we do not need a large number of volunteers. Signing up does not automatically guarantee that you will be assigned a role. We will know more about staffing needs after May 16, once enrollment numbers are finalized.
