RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT
RELEASEES: Alicia Jane Evans, Gunner Industries Pty Ltd, West Coast Canine, West Coast PSA, and any or all of their agents.

IN CONSIDERATION of being able to participate in the seminar the undersigned:
HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE the Event provider, promoter, other participants, owners and lessees of the premises used to conduct the Seminar and each of them, or their agents and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as “Releasees,” from all liability to the undersigned for any and all loss or damage and any claim or demands therefor on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in the death of the person or property of the undersigned arising out of or relating to the Seminar, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.
HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur arising out of or related to the event whether caused by the negligence of the Releasors or otherwise.
HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, Including DEATH, arising out of or related to the event whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise.
HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE ACTIVITIES OF THE EVENT MAY BE DANGEROUS. The activities of the Event involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or damage to persons or property. This event involves participation of working animals that may subject to demanding physical and sometimes harsh
climactic conditions.
HEREBY AGREES TO NOT RECORD ANY MEDIA FOR PUBLIC USE without the expressed consent of the seminar host and seminar providers in writing. In addition, by signing this waiver, I give consent to any representative of PSA, Gunner Industries Pty Ltd, West Coast Canine, West Coast PSA or the trial sponsors to take pictures, videos and recordings of events and any activities surrounding the events. Said media shall be the sole and exclusive property of the authorised photographer or videographer for their sole and exclusive use and distribution. By signing this, I release rights to the sale, posting or distribution of any pictures taken by the authorised event photographer/videographer and waive any right to remuneration or compensation for any media taken or sold for the events in question.
HEREBY AGREES THAT THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILTY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT EXTENDS to all acts of negligence by the Releasees and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State in which the Event is conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full Legal force and effect.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME. I INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Cancellation Policy: Seminar payment will not be refunded if you are a no show or do not cancel within 48 hours prior to the event. Cancellations need to be made in writing and a refund is not guaranteed.
