Once your registration form and payment is received you will be contacted by our Registrar/Course Instructor with additional instructions.
Policies
- Registration to fill classes will be in the order that fees are received.
- When your fees are received, then you are considered registered.
- Registration deadline is one week before the course starts -
  unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional supply fees indicated will be paid to the instructor at
  the first class.
- In the event that the required number of registrants is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel the class up to one day prior to the starting date.
- Payments for classes cancelled by the CVA will be fully refunded.
- If start dates are changed, students will be notified and given the
  option to withdraw from the class. (Unless start is postponed due to weather).
- A full refund less a $20.00 admin. fee will be given to registrants canceling at least 8 days prior to the class start date.
- Please note: Due to the nature of our operation there will be absolutely no refunds given after the 8 day period before the starting date of a class.
- All withdrawals must be made in writing and sent to the Course Registrar.
