    Join Wheels Up MTB for a full weekend of skill progression, coaching education, and community riding. Whether you are a rider looking to build confidence on jumps, dial in your cornering, or a coach looking to improve how you teach skills, this weekend offers opportunities for all levels.

    We are excited to work with riders and Iowa League coaches to build stronger skills, better riders, and better coaching throughout the region.

    Iowa League Coaches Only Training
    Coaching Skills and intermediate Progressions 

    ⏰ 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    💰 Only for Iowa Interscholastic League Coaches 

    This session is designed specifically for Iowa League coaches looking to improve their ability to teach jumping skills safely and effectively.

    Topics include:

    • How to teach Learn to Jump progressions
    • Rider body positioning and timing
    • Coaching communication and feedback
    • Safe skill progressions for youth riders
    • Common mistakes and corrections

    This clinic focuses on how to coach skills, not just how to ride it. Take this with coaching leaching learn to jump

    A fun and supportive environment for younger riders to session the jumps, build confidence, and ride with friends.

    Perfect for riders who want practice time and encouragement without the structure of a full clinic.


    Youth Learn to Jump Clinic

    This structured clinic teaches young riders the fundamentals of jumping safely and confidently.

    Focus areas include:

    • Body position and balance
    • Pumping and takeoff timing
    • Safe progression through jumps
    • Confidence building and repetition


    Iowa League Coaches Only Training
    Coaching teaching Learn to Jumping 

    ⏰ 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM
    💰 Special League Rate $130

    An additional opportunity for Iowa League coaches to develop coaching strategies and refine how jumping skills are taught within team practices.


    Open Jump Jam – All Ages
    ⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    💰 All ages $35 (Under 12- $20)

    All riders are welcome.

    Come session the jumps, ride with the community, and spend time building confidence and flow on the jump line.

    A fun evening environment focused on progression, encouragement, and community riding.

    Cornering is one of the most important skills in mountain biking.

    This clinic focuses on:

    • Proper body positioning

    • Braking control
    • Carrying speed safely through turns

    Perfect for riders of all levels looking to become smoother and faster on the trail.


    Adult Learn to Jump Clinic
    ⏰ 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

    A step by step approach to learning jumps safely for adult riders.

    Focus includes:

    • Jump fundamentals
    • Safe skill progressions
    • Body position and timing
    • Building confidence on takeoff and landing

    No prior jump experience required.


    Jump Progression Clinic – All Ages
    ⏰ 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM

    Designed for riders who already understand basic jumping and want to take the next step.

    This clinic focuses on:

    • Advanced jump technique
    • Carrying speed through jump lines
    • Flow and rhythm
    • Bike control in the air
    • Progressing to larger features

    RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
    VALID FOR THE 2026 CALENDAR YEAR (JANUARY 1, 2026 – DECEMBER 31, 2026)

    1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
    By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and fully understand this Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement (“Agreement”). I understand that by signing this Agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue or seek compensation for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in activities organized or facilitated by Wheels Up LLC.

    This Agreement applies to all participants, including minors, and is valid for all Wheels Up LLC programs, events, lessons, practices, camps, races, clinics, travel, and related activities occurring during the 2026 calendar year.

    2. DEFINITIONS
    For purposes of this Agreement:

    “Wheels Up LLC” includes its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, coaches, instructors, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and agents.

    “Activities” include, but are not limited to, mountain biking, trail riding, skills clinics, private lessons, camps, team practices, races, guided rides, travel to and from activity locations, equipment use, bike transportation, and any related instruction or programming.

    “Participant” refers to any individual participating in Wheels Up LLC activities, including minors, and includes the parent or legal guardian when applicable.

    3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    I understand and acknowledge that mountain biking and related activities are inherently dangerous and involve inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of balance or control
    • Falls or collisions with natural or man-made objects
    • Uneven, unpredictable, or changing terrain
    • Obstacles such as rocks, roots, drops, jumps, bridges, and technical features
    • Equipment failure or malfunction
    • Weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, or storms
    • Travel to and from activity locations
    • Encounters with vehicles, pedestrians, wildlife, or other riders
    • Limited or delayed access to emergency medical care

    I understand that these risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, death, or damage to personal property. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

    4. PARTICIPANT FITNESS AND RESPONSIBILITY
    I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities and that I do not have any condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to determine my own fitness level and suitability for participation.

    I acknowledge that I am responsible for maintaining appropriate medical, health, and accident insurance coverage. Wheels Up LLC does not provide medical insurance coverage for participants.

    5. USE OF EQUIPMENT AND BICYCLES
    I acknowledge that participation may include the use of personal equipment or equipment owned or provided by Wheels Up LLC, including bicycles, protective gear, and training equipment.

    I understand that bicycle use carries inherent risks, including mechanical failure or improper use. I agree to use equipment only as instructed and to immediately report any safety concerns or equipment issues.

    I accept full responsibility for the condition and safe use of any equipment provided and understand that Wheels Up LLC is not responsible for equipment failure or resulting injuries.

    6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
    In consideration for being allowed to participate in Wheels Up LLC activities, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Wheels Up LLC or any of its affiliates for any claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation, including those arising from the negligence of Wheels Up LLC or its representatives.

    This release applies to all claims, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising from participation in activities.

    7. INDEMNIFICATION
    I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wheels Up LLC and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my participation or the participation of my minor child in any Wheels Up LLC activity.

    8. MEDIA RELEASE
    I grant permission for Wheels Up LLC to record, photograph, or otherwise capture my image or likeness, and to use such media for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in any format, without compensation.

    9. PROGRAM FEES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
    I understand that all program fees are non-refundable. In the event of injury or inability to continue participation, Wheels Up LLC may, at its sole discretion, allow a participant to transfer enrollment to a future program or session. Additional fees may apply, and all decisions are final.

    10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
    This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state in which the activity takes place, without regard to conflict of law principles.

    11. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND SIGNATURE
    I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it. I understand that this Agreement is legally binding and that by signing, I am waiving certain legal rights.
