    After completing this payment form, you will be directed to a registration form to provide additional participant details.

    Both the payment form and registration form must be completed in order to reserve your spot. Your registration is considered successfully submitted once your payment has processed and you have received a payment receipt. A second confirmation email will be sent upon the completion of the registration form, and contain additional logistical information for the retreat.

    Retreat Location & Dates

    Location: Pigeon Forge, TN (Near the Smoky Mountains)
    Dates: Thursday, June 4 - Sunday, June 7, 2026

    Participants are required to attend the retreat in its entirety. Partial attendance will not be permitted, as the program is designed as a complete experience and attending only part of the retreat does not allow participants to fully benefit.

    Travel & Arrival Information

    The retreat price is all-inclusive except for airfare. The price includes transportation during the retreat, 3 nights of lodging, all meals, and all retreat activities.

    Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Knoxville Airport (TYS). A group shuttle will depart from the airport to the cabin at 5:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, June 4. Please plan to arrive at Knoxville Airport before 4:00 PM (EST). We recommend building in additional buffer time in case of travel delays.

    Departure Information

    On Sunday, June 7, the group will depart the cabin and arrive at Knoxville Airport by approximately 12:00 PM (EST). We recommend not booking return flights earlier than 2:00 PM (EST) to allow sufficient time for travel and any unexpected delays.

    Registration & Refund Policy

    Participants that select a 3-month payment plan are still registering for the full retreat price, and the refund policy applies to the total registration amount, not individual payments. The payment plan is provided solely as a convenience for paying the full retreat cost over time. If a participant cancels their registration or does not attend the retreat, payments made are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future retreat or event unless otherwise stated in the refund policy above. In some cases, participants may transfer their spot to another eligible attendee if approved by MasterMan.

    If you make a payment and register BEFORE April 4, 2026:

    • Full refund within 24 hours of booking
    • 50% refund within 24–48 hours of booking
    • No refunds after 48 hours of booking

    If you make a payment and register ON or AFTER April 4, 2026:

    • 50% refund within 24 hours of booking
    • No refunds after 24 hours
