Please complete this form in full if you are either new to the program or a returning/past student.
Completing the registration form includes the following:
1. Select a First and Second Choice Class
You must list a second choice, even if it is the same as your first choice. Second choices are considered a viable placement option and may be used when finalizing class rosters.
2. Review the Policies and Waivers
Please read the POLICIES AND WAIVERS section in its entirety, scroll to the bottom, and check the box confirming that you have read them.
3. Submit Payment
Your full payment must be submitted at the time of registration or the form will not be processed.
You do not need a PayPal account to complete payment — any major credit card may be used.
Important Registration Notes
All class times are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
Second-choice classes are considered viable placement options, and placement into the second-choice class may occur without prior notice or consent.
If a class is full or does not reach the minimum required enrollment, registrants will be notified and offered alternate placement options.
If you are not placed in a class, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that registering for a class does not guarantee placement.
Current-term students and siblings receive priority placement, and class rosters are not finalized until after the registration deadline.
