By registering for Dance Teacher Boot Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp involves physical movement, dance instruction, and physical participation. I understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, slips, falls, physical fatigue, or other injuries.
By choosing to participate, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in dance training, physical instruction, and related activities.
I confirm that I am physically capable of participating in dance instruction and will participate within my own physical limits.
2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless:
Coach Gregg "PapiiBDS" Whitlock, Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp, The BDS Company (BigBsBDS Inc.), Subjective Dance Club, and any affiliated instructors, assistants, venues, or staff
from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp.
This release includes claims related to personal injury, property damage, or other losses occurring during or as a result of participation in program activities.
3. Personal Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for my own health, safety, and physical limits during training. If I experience discomfort, pain, or injury, I agree to stop activity immediately and take appropriate care.
Participation is voluntary, and I acknowledge that I am responsible for managing my own participation level.
4. Program Participation & Certification
Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp is a professional training program designed to develop dance teaching skills.
Participation in the program does not guarantee certification, employment, teaching opportunities, or professional advancement.
Instructor certification levels and advancement opportunities may be awarded based on participation, evaluation, and instructor discretion.
5. Payment & Enrollment Policy
I understand that:
• Total tuition for the Founding Cohort is $349
• A $100 deposit reserves my seat
• Remaining balance must be paid before the program begins
Because enrollment is limited, deposits are non-refundable once submitted.
If a participant is unable to attend, program credit or transfer options may be offered at the discretion of The BDS Company, BigBsBDS Inc.
6. Code of Conduct
Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp is a professional training environment.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward instructors, fellow participants, and the learning environment.
The BDS Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the program or creates an unsafe or disrespectful environment. Tuition refunds may not be issued in such cases.
7. Media Release
I grant permission for The BDS Company, BigBsBDS Inc. to photograph or record video during Coach Gregg's Dance Teacher Boot Camp training sessions.
These materials may be used for educational documentation, promotional materials, or future program marketing.
No personal financial compensation will be provided for such use.
8. Agreement
By submitting this registration form and completing payment, I confirm that:
• I have read and understood this Participation Agreement
• I voluntarily agree to these terms
• I accept responsibility for my participation in the program
