Any individual who registers and completes the program agrees they will remain affiliated with Howard Hanna as a licensed real estate sales agent for a period of two (2) years or will be required to pay Howard Hanna the full cost of the class in the amount of $550.00. Tuition covers course enrollment only and does not include textbooks, state exams, or licensing fees.

Licensing Exam: The licensing exam is administered by Pearson VUE. Registration for the state licensing exam is an entirely separate process from proctoring for your course final exam.
