Team Registration Form
The Beal Center will host a Golf Tournament Fundraiser at Chatuge Shores Golf Course on Saturday, May 2, 2026. The tournament will be played as a 4-Person Best Ball Scramble, and golfers of all skill levels are welcome. Registration begins at 8:00 AM, and the entry fee is $100 per player, which includes a Chick-fil-A boxed lunch. All registrations must be completed by April 27, 2026. Payment may be made by cash, card, or check. We accept cash, card, or check for payment, and all payments must be received by the registration deadline of April 27, 2026. If paying with cash or check, please drop off your payment at The Beal Center. Checks should be made payable to "The Beal Center" with "Golf Tournament" written on the memo line. If you have any questions or issues with payment, please contact Claudia at 828-415-1623 or email BealCenterEvents@icloud.com. The Beal Center’s hours are Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM by appointment only, and Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, pending private events.
